01. What is LivePay?
LivePay is an online payment channel of Eurobank EFG using which you can make online payments as an Individual or receive online payments as a Company, in a simple, fast and easy way.
02. Who can use LivePay?
a. Companies seeking for an alternative collection channel:
If you run a Company, you can fill in the Interest Form today and commence the registration procedure. LivePay does not require any IT development from your part. The registration is automated, allowing you to provide your clients with a safe and trustworthy online channel, able to receive and handle your payments 24-7!
b. To Individuals or Companies wishing to pay their bills online:
If you are an Individual or running a Company wishing to make your payments online (i.e. pay off a Public Utility Organization bill or a mobile phone bill), then LivePay is the right place for you. You can choose from a variety of available payment types and make your payment quickly and easy.
03. Do LivePay payments come with a fee?
In most cases LivePay payments are free of charge. If a specific payment comes with a fee, you will be informed during the payment and in any case before your credit card is charged with the payment amount.
04. What bills can I pay in LivePay?
All LivePay payments can be reached through the “Available Payments” Menu appearing on the left side. New payments are added on a regular basis.
05. Is LivePay registration mandatory to make my payment?
Registration is not mandatory. You can make any payment on the spot, selecting from the list of available payments, without any registration needed. You can complete your payment in 3 simple steps easily and on the spot, in a highly securitized online environment.
06. What’s the payment procedure?
You begin by selecting a payment-type from the “Available Payments” Menu. You are immediately redirected to the first out of three simple payment steps. You need to be a cardholder of a Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Prepaid Visa Card, issued by any bank.
07. What methods of payment are accepted in LivePay?
You can make your payment using any of the following credit card types issued by any bank:
a) Visa Credit card
b) MasterCard or Maestro
b) Prepaid Visa card
08. Do I have to be a Eurobank EFG client to use LivePay?
You do not need to be a Eurobank EFG customer to make your payment. You simply need to be a cardholder of any of the accepted credit card types, issued by any bank (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Prepaid Visa).
09. I just completed a payment. How will I be informed of its outcome?
You receive a confirmation email for every successful payment you make in LivePay, as long as you provide us with your email address during the payment procedure. If you are a Registered LivePay User, you will automatically receive a confirmation email at the e-mail address you have stated during registration, for both successful and unsuccessful LivePay payments.
10. Why should I become a Registered LivePay User?
Registration to LivePay comes with extra benefits. You can:
Create and manage your personal profile
Save the billing information of your credit cards with convenient tags, to avoid having to fill in all the information every time you wish to make a payment.
Make a list of “Favorites”, for frequent payments, if you don’t want to fill in recurrent information
Search, View, Save and Print your LivePay payment history
11. How can I become a Registered LivePay User?
LivePay User Registration is quick and easy. Click on the “Become a Member” link in the “Members login” area appearing on the right Menu. You will have to fill in a quick form with the necessary information. Final step is a confirmation e-mail that you will receive so as to activate your LivePay User account.
12. Do I need to pay a fee for the LivePay User registration?
No. Registration to the LivePay service is free.
13. Are my online LivePay payments safe?
Eurobank EFG corporate policy on transactions, also applying to LivePay, is setting standards for maximum transaction security through extensive respective investments. We use high standards for all our communication protocols and identification mechanisms, which have established Eurobank EFG as a pioneer in online transactions safety.

14. Can I cancel a payment I made in LivePay?
You cannot cancel your LivePay payment on your own, using the LivePay site. For payment cancellation or refund, you need to contact the Business-recipient of the payment.
15. Can I change my registration information? (i.e. user name, password, credit card information etc.)
LivePay User Registration creates a personal LivePay account. You can make changes to your registered personal and security information any time you need, online. You are also able to store and update any credit or prepaid cards you have added to your list of Favorites.
16. What happens if I forget my LivePay Password?
If you forgot your Username, you need to follow the “Did you forget your password?” link from the “Members Login” area. You will be prompted to follow 3 simple steps:
: Enter your username (which always is your registered e-mail address).
: Enter the code shown in the picture (Captcha).
: Provide with the answer to the security question set up during registration.
After successfully completing the above steps, you will immediately receive an e-mail with a new LivePay Password.
